Hi, would it be possible to upgrade the AForge library to .NET 4.8? Currently AForge requires installation of older .NET Frameworks since they are no longer included in newer operating systems. The license doesn't allow me to change the code myself, so here's a pull request. I used Visual Studio 2017 to set the framework version to 4.8.
