v0.9.1 fully shipped to master via three PRs (#51 engineering work, #54 the matlab-ci-testing skill + badges, #55 doc-convention cleanup) since CLAUDE.md was last updated -- it still described v0.9.1 as "in progress" on a 0.9.1/development branch that no longer has open work. Rewrote "Current state" to reflect the shipped state, point to RELEASE_NOTES.md as the full v0.9.1 changelog instead of duplicating the issue list, and record what a future session specifically needs: the five-review-round history on #51 (bugs found in code from earlier in the same PR, more than once), the still-pending Codecov token setup, the v0.9.2 backlog (#30/#50/#52/#53, no milestone object yet), and a new "Documentation conventions" section capturing the README/docstring rules established this session. Also added a note on the claude-skills cross-repo access blocker hit this session, for continuity. CONTRIBUTING.md: dropped the dead v0.9.1-milestone link now that it's fully resolved, rather than pointing at a v0.9.2 milestone that doesn't exist as a GitHub object yet.
