Bumps [react-router](https://github.com/remix-run/react-router/tree/HEAD/packages/react-router) to 7.18.4 and updates ancestor dependency [react-router-dom](https://github.com/remix-run/react-router/tree/HEAD/packages/react-router-dom). These dependencies need to be updated together.
