Bumps the pin to reusable-security-scan v1.4.0: the nested ai-security-review action is now pinned to the release tag (DSO-68, honest immutable pin) and a personal-data redaction pass runs before the diff is sent to the model (DSO-70). Tracked in DSO-66.
