Add dynamic SSL certificate support

For new created accounts we can make a call to the "eth.link" gateway to create SSL certificate for each subdomain.
An example how it should be done;

p.s. = Instead of having this centralized call in dlog library, I am in favor of having an optional service outside of our architecture. We can watch our contract event for fresh accounts and trigger this bit.
