Fixed incorrect WebSocket constant and rescheduled reconnect on failures. I believe these bugs have been the cause of my Shelly 1PM being unresponsive randomly. A restart of the Homebridge service would fix the connection issue as the websocket connection would be reestablished on plugin init.
