Ajay Vishwakarma

Full-stack engineer working mostly on backend systems, real-time voice, and LLM applications. Based in India.

I currently work as a freelance software engineer on a property-tech CRM. I build its backend APIs and background jobs for lead management, and the calling and AI features on top of them: a softphone, a power dialer, AI voice and SMS agents for inbound and outbound leads, and a call-training platform that evaluates each practice call. Previously I was a full-stack developer at Cloudnexus, where I led development of Jobra AI, an applicant tracking system with ML-based candidate matching.
