Refresh the reusable assistant platform: searchable assistant directories and teams, durable handoffs, background cancellation and recovery, scoped file access, protected workspace checkpoints, media/transcription routes, configurable usage budgets, and Companion local tools.
Preserves public API behavior and one provider dispatch per attempt. Search indexes and field aliases are operator-configured. Defaults contain no organization-specific agents, prompts, archives, credentials, or deployment settings. The upgrade order and opt-in configuration are documented in
docs/platform-refresh.md.Validation: 1,880 root tests; 318 file-handler tests against local storage emulators; 38 Linux workspace tests; 52 realtime gateway tests; 12 Whisper supervisor tests; 11 real-Redis search-cache integration tests. Companion's unsigned macOS arm64 build was inspected. Candidate files and the outgoing commits were reviewed and secret-scanned; findings are synthetic test fixtures and the public Azurite development key.
This is a source release. Cloud deployment, signing/notarization, Windows Companion execution, and hosted installer delivery remain operator work.
Production dependency audit: 12 advisories, identical to the public baseline; no new advisories in this refresh.
CI runs the complete file-handler suite once under the emulator harness. The redundant second invocation was removed because it started after the harness had stopped the emulators. No tests were excluded.
