Description

Keep the framework plugins coherent, correct, and well tested as the ecosystem grows. This epic is the home for cross-cutting framework quality work and small plugin improvements that do not warrant their own epic.

Scope

• Memory-sync skill tied to project-init (keep project state and memory synchronized)
• Plugin coherence: frontmatter, cross-references, skill-name spec compliance
• Eval robustness across skills (portable test blocks, fixture escape hatches)
• Triage home for framework bugs and small enhancements

Acceptance criteria

• Memory-sync skill ships and integrates with project-init
• All plugins pass frontmatter, reference, and skill-name validation
• Skill eval blocks run portably (no host-specific tool assumptions)
