feat(telemetry): filter the report by task, ticket, person and more #1030

Problem to solve

aidd telemetry report splits a period along one axis only. Common questions can't be answered: "what did ticket PROJ-12 cost, day by day?", "what did I spend on this repository, per model?".

Proposed solution

Filters first, which are additive to the report envelope. A second axis only if a real need remains.

1. Filters: --task <name>, --ticket <ref>, --person <id>, --repository <id>, --model <name>, --session <id>, combinable with any --axis.
   • Example: aidd telemetry report --ticket PROJ-12 --axis day.
   • The envelope gains a filters field. That is an addition, so it stays version: 1.
   • Rows still add up to totals, now the totals of the filtered calls.
   • unattributed and absent rows can be selected too (e.g. --task none).
2. Two axes (later, if needed): --axis person,task. This changes the row shape, so it means envelope version: 2, with every consumer updated in the same change (the 01-usage skill).
