rbln-stat restarts npu at 0 in each device group (0, 1, 0, 0 on a 4-card host), so ids collided and only 2 ATOM were reported. The index now comes from the device node (rbln<N>), falling back to npu.

Found while preparing the end-to-end run: Kubernetes reported rebellions.ai/ATOM: 4 on etri-001 while the provider found 2. With this fix the node reports rebellions:0..3 (PCI 83/84/c3/c4), matching the device plugin.

Test fixture now mirrors rbln-stat 3.0 output. 101 unit tests pass.

rbln-stat restarts "npu" at 0 in each device group. On a 4-card host the ids
collided and only 2 ATOM were reported. Take the index from the device node
name, falling back to npu. Fixture now mirrors rbln-stat 3.0 output. 0.4.1.
