Found in the ai-rm end-to-end run: llm-d-setup documents airm-placement as one decisions.json key holding a decisions list, while the panel read one key per workload and showed decisions.json → (none).

  • Both layouts are read; decisions from the document show as <pool>/<kind>; an empty decisions list shows nothing
  • LMD_AIRM_NS defaults to LMD_NS (llm-d-setup writes the ConfigMap into the llm-d namespace, llm-serving on this cluster) instead of llm-d
  • New test for the document layout; cargo test 447 + 11 pass, clippy 0, fmt clean (dell_0)

Live: Infra ▸ Devices shows llama8b-pd-pool/prefill → etri-001/furiosa:0 kv=shm and decode → furiosa:1.

…_AIRM_NS follows LMD_NS

Found in the ai-rm end-to-end run: llm-d-setup documents airm-placement as one
decisions.json key with a decisions list, while the panel read one key per
workload and showed 'decisions.json -> (none)'. Both layouts are read now. The
ConfigMap lives in the llm-d namespace (llm-serving here), not 'llm-d'.
