Fix mixed docusaurus version issue where plugin-content-docs@3.10.1 required core@3.10.1 but package.json had core@3.10.0, causing two versions of @docusaurus/core in pnpm-lock.yaml and a docs build failure.

Docs test and build quality checks both pass. Fixed the mixed @docusaurus/core version issue by aligning core, preset-classic, and theme-mermaid to 3.10.1 alongside plugin-content-docs@3.10.1.
