pin zvec 0.7.0 (SDK 1.0.0-beta.6

  • Added IVF-RaBitQ index and query parameters, DocIterator for snapshot iteration, FTS n-gram support, and Vamana two-pass build.
  • Updated minimum ABI requirement to zvec 0.7.0; previous versions are incompatible.
  • Enhanced CI workflows by removing the version fallback patch for zvec 0.6.0.
  • Updated documentation and changelog to reflect new features and changes.

This release improves functionality and compatibility for users upgrading from beta.5.

- Adjust CMake arguments in both scripts to include version override for consistency across builds.
- Mark zvec submodule as dirty to indicate local modifications.
