Release the History visibility controls (merged in #32) as 2.2.1 and clear the remaining SPEC audit backlog. - T9: remove dead release-install shims (setup/install_release.{cmd,ps1,sh}, bootstrap_release.sh) — superseded by scripts/install.py; other dead-code residuals already clean in 2.0/2.1. - T14: new README<->dashboard tab-count parity test (test_dashboard_tabs_parity). - T17: installer README layout diagram corrected to the flattened {app} bundle. - T18: provider roadmap — selector + per-provider status UX marked shipped (2.0). - Version bump 2.2.0 -> 2.2.1 (_version.py, pyproject.toml, installer.iss, README). - SPEC: T9/T14/T17/T18 done; version line.
