Remove legacy workflows and GH Pages refactor artifacts superseded by #232. Restore main's per-suite workflows and publish-test-reports-pages composite action. Update C1 planning docs to reference the new workflow names. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Move harness, SLIM clients, and assertion-based tests into analitics so the dashboard derives C1 status from c1-evidence.json instead of benchmark smoke artifacts.
