- docs/SPEC.md: remove internal "Target: CC Summit June 23, 2026" header line and "Primary opportunity:" GTM framing line; replace "design partner cohort" with "early production" in Phase 2 note - docs/spec/phase2-server.md: replace "buyer" with "deployer" throughout (sales persona language, not appropriate in a spec); replace two instances of "design partner" with "early production" - examples/bfsi-demo/README.md: remove "CC Summit demo scenario" reference; replace with generic scenario description - docs/README.md: update stale spec index row that referenced "target customer, success metric" sections removed in PR #326 Signed-off-by: Imran Siddique <imran.siddique@opaque.co>
