Fix a bug where it put the type on the wrong side of the param name. Trim down the class doc block Remove some whitespace to make it more compact.
Try to automatically adjust the doc block based on what is actually there.

Create a composer.json file to download via composer this tool. And create a main php file, a phar generator file.
