Correction de la liste des inscriptions à un évènement.
La récupération du tarif associé au ticket pour les tickets spéciaux ne fonctionnait pas.
On fait maintenant une 2e jointure pour récupérer le tarif spécial (et commun à tous les évènement).
Ajout d'une fixture (+ test) pour le cas d'un tarif organisation
Corrige l'issue #2132
