closes #5

Adds a standalone, RTTI-free Env module for accessing user-defined components through typed IDs.

  • Adds Env::get() and Env::try_get().
  • Adds customizable 32-bit EnvTypeId.
  • Adds EnvProvider helper functions.
  • Adds nullable, non-owning Env* support to Domain.
  • Preserves existing persistence and ownership behavior.
  • Adds documentation and unit tests.
