With a few tweaks this project compiles easily in Yocto
Add command line option support and allow setting the watchdog timeout value.
Rename binary to avoid name conflict with system watchdog management binary.
Install should be installing watchdog-manager instead of watchdog after the last commit where the binary name was changed
Avoid printing values that returned an error code while trying to be read.
