Summary

restrict generated flake outputs and package metadata to the documented supported systems
remove dev/test-only flake inputs from the public input graph
source nix-unit for the dev shell from nixpkgs instead of a top-level flake input

Closes #11.

Validation

nix develop --command alejandra --check .
nix run github:nix-community/nix-unit -- --flake '.#tests'
nix flake check --no-build
LSP diagnostics for flake.nix and src/nix-dotnet.nix
verified a downstream path flake lock contains only nix-dotnet, nix-dotnet/nixpkgs, and root
