Fixes #6.

Summary

update the default dotnet-install.sh source to a pinned dotnet/install-scripts commit
update the verified installer hash to the current SRI hash

Validation

nix develop --command alejandra --check .
nix build .#basic-example --no-link
LSP diagnostics for src/nix-dotnet.nix


          Update dotnet-install.sh hash
