Redesenha o catálogo de provedores com busca, agrupamento por autenticação e status de conexão. Adiciona uma página contextual por provedor para gerenciar credenciais, carregar modelos reais, escolher o padrão e abrir o Chat. Unifica a navegação de Integrações/Provedores e mantém compatibilidade com /setup. Validado com 480 testes, TypeScript, lint, build de produção e fluxo real no navegador.
