Motivation
Adds Drupal's recipe unpack extension and calls it during the creation of the dist branch. This will allow developers to remove recipes from their codebase once they are no longer needed by moving recipe dependencies into the the top-level compose.json file.
Proposed changes
Adds drupal/core-recipe-unpack and executes drupal:recipe-unpack during dist branch creation
