Summary

  • Settings provider and default model follow the live heartbeat, so an official listing SKU cannot impersonate the machine default.
  • Official · OpenRouter stays a vendor the owner can switch to; Save only dirties when the owner changes the default or markup.
  • Comiclaw listing was already reconciled to tencenttokenplan/glm-5 to match heartbeat.

Test plan

  • Owner agent whose listing is an official SKU but heartbeat is BYO: Settings opens on the BYO vendor/model, Save stays idle.
  • Switch to Official · OpenRouter, pick a Host shelf model, Save: preferred-model lands, listing updates, next load shows Official.
  • Switch back to a BYO vendor and Save: heartbeat and listing match that BYO model.
  • Markup-only edit still enables Save without changing the model.

Official listing was stealing the provider and model pickers, so a Host SKU could impersonate the machine default until the owner saved. Dirty/save now follow runtime, and Official stays a vendor you can switch to.
