feat: Add a playback menu, with the crossfade toggle - #172

Press . to open it. Crossfade isn't toggled often enough for its own key, nor to show on the main screen: c no longer toggles it, and its icon is gone. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds a playback menu, opened with
., for playback settings that aren't changed often enough to deserve their own key. For now it only has crossfade; it's meant to hold more later, like a sleep timer or favoriting the current track.SPACE/ENTERtoggles, and it stays open to show the change.ESC,.orqclose it.cdoesn't toggle it any more, and its icon is gone from the play modes..instead ofc.New entries go in
