Summary
Replace the weekly and monthly Pepy badges with a single cumulative download badge in all four README languages. Keep the existing Pepy project link. This is the provider's total, not a unique-user count; mirror traffic, CI and repeat downloads may contribute. Provider caching/data lag still apply, and the historical collection start has not been independently verified.

Closes #336.
Supporting documentation
Align the download-metrics explanation in all four languages with the cumulative README badge. Preserve historical provider observations and separate landing-page scope. Refresh only README.md and docs/download-metrics.md hashes in docs/i18n-manifest.json to satisfy source/translation consistency checks. No runtime files changed.
Validation
python -m unittest tests.docs.test_docs_i18n tests.docs.test_readme_layouton the final revised files.
