Prepare the v0.8.0 source snapshot for the signing and consumer-verification gate tracked in #67.
9fdc1feef8fbf3be1af400a04f5e3887907090f6passed all required contexts. Manifest/link checks and an unsigned local builder dry-run passed. The attempted four-language CLI review did not execute because of a runner timeout-format mismatch; language edits were checked directly.Merged source:
a54688e1e2814ed89e9a219c62d7398398b855cd. The owner subsequently approved the public v0.8.0 tag for verification. Producer run 40982839195 and independent real-signature/content/negative checks passed. Evidence identifies the exact original candidate bytes. Public GitHub Release publication and operating deployment remain separate, held steps.#69 is complete through verified setting/public route/policy; #45 retains its cross-account/lifecycle gates.
Process correction: the original negated sentence contained a GitHub automatic-closing keyword and unintentionally closed the provenance issue at merge. That wording has been removed. Actual verification was completed and separately recorded before declaring the gate fulfilled.
