Para que o pacote abntex2cite possa ser usado em textos em inglês, e fique aparecendo "and" ao invés "e" ou "&" nas citações quando se usa \cite ou \citeonline. É a terceira opção nas preferências, sendo apenas um alternativa para quem quer usar o pacote em inglês
Adiciona a opção `and' para `abnt-and-type' na documentação abntex2cite-alf.

Dada a pressão para a internacionalização, há recorrentemente gente pedindo para que se adicione essa feature no abnt2cite(# #97 e #107 ), 2, ). Já há muitos subestilos proprios para cada IES que trocam a opção
e' porand'. Muita gente acaba se complicando tentando fazer essas coisas perse.As mudanças que eu fiz transformam o `and' numa opção nativa do abntex2cite. Deixemos que o pessoal foque em especializar os estilos para o que diz respeito aos pedidos específicos de cada instituição, e não gastando neurônio em como fazer para internacionalizar o trabalho deles. Dado que para um usuário que vai usar o abntex2cite em português não vai mudar nada, eu não vejo motivo para não mudar isso.
