Automatic presence re-entry doesn't work properly #1170

Currently, when we perform automatic re-entry on each attach (as specified in the spec), this happens while the channel state is attaching.
As a result, all outgoing messages are added to the pending queue, but messages in this pending queue are not resent after the attach completes.
