Thanks for the Bengali translation!

Two items needed before merging:

1. Fix the .po file

Add the missing past-tense msgid:

msgid "This server was <span class=\"deletion\">scheduled for deletion</span> on %1."

Also, these three msgids need actual Bengali content (not transliterations of the msgid names):

• forum_description — currently ফোরাম_বর্ণনা, should describe the forum's purpose
• news_description — currently খবর_বর্ণনা, should describe the news site
• development_list_description — currently উন্নয়ন_তালিকা_বর্ণনা, should describe the dev forum (preserve %1, %2, %3 placeholders and <a> tags)

2. Add the 5 HTML files

Translate from the English templates in docs/ntppool/en/:

• docs/ntppool/bn/homepage/intro.html
• docs/ntppool/bn/join.html
• docs/ntppool/bn/join/configuration.html
• docs/ntppool/bn/tpl/server/graph_explanation.html
• docs/ntppool/bn/use.html
