Resolution scaling appears to do nothing on some units

Reported by u/Giodude12. Hypotheses: compute renderer silently falling back to software on some units, or judged during FMV/2D content which internal res does not affect. Action: surface the active renderer + resolution in the settings screen as diagnostics. From Feedback Round 1.

Not reproduced on the dev unit (renderer reports compute, internal resolution honoured). The next build adds Settings > Share Diagnostics, which zips a session header with the effective renderer and resolution; a zip from an affected unit will show whether it fell back to software rendering.

v0.2.5 is released with Settings > Share Diagnostics. If this still happens on your unit, please attach the zip from a session where it occurred; it carries the effective renderer/resolution and per-second performance.
