The agent card listener now opens on the gRPC listener's host, so it isn't reachable from more interfaces than the server. Added
TestListenCard_UsesServerHost. Checked with the built binary: both ports on 127.0.0.1, the card loads andsend --transport grpccompletes.Fixes #132
