- normalize_title_for_match：回配前去《》/「」/弯引号/空白包裹（response_format 下 gemma3 会给 title 带书名号导致精确匹配失败被丢弃）；防编造语义不变 - complete 超时 20s→45s：本地 CPU 模型长文生成常态 20-40s，原值在超时边缘抖动 - 单测：归一化包裹符号剥离（空内容不解包）
- SuggestedItem serde 缺省：ambiguous 缺省 true（视为待确认、日期永不猜测写入）、 detail/dueDate/dueTime 缺省 None；title/sourceExcerpt 仍必填（防编造锚点不变） - SuggestionContent.summary 补 serde default - 单测固化缺字段保守语义；在线回归 7/7（gemma3 + bge-m3，串行）
