Tauri cannot pick the app binary once src/bin/trove-cli.rs exists, so release builds fail without default-run. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

原测试硬编码 2026-08 日期，真实时钟下随运行日期漂移导致 7/30 天窗口断言失败 （CI 已红两次）。改为相对今天的偏移日期，保留原窗口语义。
