feat: Zero-Knolage 8-bit UI, Pear CLI path, and landing restyle

Summary

• Ships the Pear CLI path (owned upgrade link, TUI, scan/beacon) plus Expo 8-bit UI branded Zero-Knolage.
• Merges remote main screen layout with our SCAN-only / 8-bit look.
• Restyles the Vite landing to the same dark pixel universe (owl assets, Press Start 2P / VT323, night street scene).

Test plan

• pnpm install in root + landing/; open http://127.0.0.1:5173/ and confirm 8-bit look end-to-end
• Expo web RoleSelect shows ZERO-KNOLAGE; SCAN-only visitor tabs
• Pear CLI: towerbell scan / towerbell beacon still start (no UI P2P in Expo)
• Landing install command matches current pear:// upgrade link in landing/src/data.js
