docs(agents): record live ERC-8004 handoff facts for Catalog

Summary

• Refresh agents/LISTING-HANDOFF.md with the four registered agents (token ids 2292/2300/2301/2302), wallets, and Cloudflare Worker endpoint blocks.
• Update agents/README.md so Next Steps no longer claim deploy/register is pending.
• Endpoints were probed 200 on ping, A2A card, and MCP before documenting them.

Unblocks Catalog writing featured.json (#26) and formalizes the URLs requested in #25.

• Probed all four hosts: /ping, /.well-known/agent-card.json, /mcp → HTTP 200
• Docs-only; no typecheck required
