feat(commerce): one live BSC testnet hire + BscScan receipts in SUBMISSION

Why (win, not participate)

Main track Functionality = funded ERC-8183 job a judge can verify. Mock Funded does not win.

Depends on

• Write real ERC-8004 facts into featured.json (stream C) — consume A's handoff (#20/#22), reconcile the shared-provider state from #23 #26 + platform redeploy issue (Pages on bsc-testnet)

Do

1. Fund a buyer wallet with tBNB + \ on chain 97 as needed.
2. Run one end-to-end hire against hf-watch (provider 0x6d07BBc31ea6A9d05B323123470Ae2a7955FfCad) to status Funded.
3. Paste createJob / fund (and any approve) tx links into evidence/SUBMISSION.md §3.
4. Optionally keep packages/commerce/scripts/verify-live.mjs output as proof.

Acceptance

• At least one Funded job with public BscScan testnet links in SUBMISSION
• Demo path from prod URL can repeat the hire (or scripted verify-live is recorded)
• No invented hashes

Out of scope

• Mainnet, Altana revoke wiring, multi-category hire marathon
