Pins web-2.69.0-web.h90d11c06b6e3cf34 (built from ZenNotes/zennotes d1344076, the v2.69.0 release commit; published as a pre-release) and sets release.json to 2.69.0.

Checked locally: prepare-web installed the artifact into a clean web/dist and verified every file; go vet ./... and go test ./... pass; an embed_web build with a scratch config and vault reported v2.69.0, served the app, answered 401 without the token and the scratch vault root with it; in a browser against it, Settings → Keymap lists no agent edit review keys and keeps the Harper keys.

The browser app moves to web-2.69.0-web.h90d11c06b6e3cf34, built from ZenNotes/zennotes d1344076 (the v2.69.0 release commit): the New note form names the keys of the focused field (ZenNotes/zennotes#933), shortcuts that switch, reopen or create a note no longer act behind Settings or a palette, the Tasks calendar's keys no longer change tasks behind a dialog, Settings → Keymap leaves out the agent edit review keys the browser app does not have, and the manual shows bold names and paragraphs. The web client's bridge and routes are unchanged since 2.68.0; no Go dependency moved.
