🎨 Palette: Add copy icon to IP address display

💡 What: Added a standard copy vector icon alongside the IP address display in fragment_camera.xml.
🎯 Why: The IP address is interactive (tapping it copies the address to the clipboard) and already had a tooltip, but lacked a visual affordance indicating this feature to the user.
♿ Accessibility: Preserved the selectableItemBackground and tooltipText. Also cleaned up duplicate android:labelFor and android:importantForAccessibility tags in the same layout file as a minor related cleanup.
