fix: Register clicks when modifier key is held - #23

WPF MouseBinding matches only when no modifier keys are pressed, so click bindings in HoldList were ignored while a modifier PTT key was held. Replace the InputBindings with direct MouseLeftButtonUp / MouseDown handlers, which fire regardless of modifier state. Closes #21
