Major Changes

1. Graph theme rewritten to use a nested path based naming convention. Core infrastructure polished.
2. GEdge prop label removed in favor of weight and standardized all edge weights as Fraction type.
3. Graph helper function system refactored with enhanced functionality and documentation.
