Address the two actionable review threads on synchronization PR #62. The immutable publication verifier now validates the recovery reference path/hash/schema/version/source/run and its relationship to the published attestation, plus all 26 referenced evidence files. Historical v2.0.0/v2.0.1 records retain their original contract. Artifact qualification now runs for identity-helper-only changes on main and develop. Added 18 regression tests; all 43 targeted release-tool tests, lint, typecheck, YAML validation, and all three immutable publication verifications pass locally. No published artifact, original manifest, publication record, version, tag, package-wide 2FA setting, or product source was changed. After this protected merge, PR #62 will synchronize the same code to develop.
