All 11 npm versions, latest tags, downloaded tarball bytes, and Registry Sigstore attestations are verified. Append immutable publication record for signed tag 18874fff targeting d825d32 and GitHub Release 387738256. Verify all 27 asset digests, READY production identity with unchanged product files, and Issue #13 still open/physical pending. Update current SDK/Native/security/migration guides to 2.1.0 without modifying any historical records or artifacts. Local static quality, documentation, frozen manifest, and all three publication-record verifiers pass. New-package Trusted Publisher management is a separate pending npm authorization after the CLI returned HTTP 400; publication itself is complete.
