Adds an automatic/manual workout rest timer with +30s and dismiss controls, a daily workout completion panel, and a persisted auto-start setting. Fixes duplicate yearly totals, stale month-load races, theme-stale charts, async mounted checks, version drift, and PR artifact naming. Adds unit and widget regression tests.
