Trusted publishing is confirmed working (1.0.5 published with provenance). Keeps the cleared placeholder NODE_AUTH_TOKEN so a failed OIDC exchange stays an explicit auth error.

npm trusted publishing is confirmed working:
@noctusoft/ezodata-express@1.0.5was published with a signed provenance statement. This removes the verbose logging added in #4 to diagnose it. The cleared placeholderNODE_AUTH_TOKENstays, so a failed OIDC exchange is reported as an auth error rather than a misleading E404.
