Summary

  • Replaces the stub at / with a Postcard marketing page whose first action is one box: type (or, once a number exists, text) the week.
  • Carries that text through phone sign-in as an HttpOnly cookie, then runs voice setup. The model never runs for an anonymous visitor. Unknown numbers get a one-time /start/:token link (one reply a day); known parents still get the booking link.
  • / still returns 200 with no database, so it remains the Railway healthcheck.

Test plan

  • npm test (110) on Node 24
  • npm run typecheck, npm run lint, npm run build
  • Open the PR preview / dev.coachatron.com after merge: the box is above the fold on a phone; desktop shows the parent-session mock
  • Type a week, verify the phone, see the draft, tap Publish
  • Confirm the "text it to …" line stays hidden until COACHATRON_SMS_NUMBER is set

Made with Cursor

The stub at / is a Postcard marketing page. Typed text rides a cookie through
phone sign-in; a stranger's text gets a one-time link. The model runs only
after the phone is proven, and nothing goes live until Publish.
