Patch train v0.15.5 carrier. The pinned component set moves xchain-indexer to v0.15.5 (a733b465), which brings the testnet activation of order-independent chunked DEPLOY assembly forward to 2026-09-08T12:00:00Z; every other component keeps the tag it carries in v0.15.4.
Pre-push gate: 4112 pass / 0 fail on test02. Merge commit, not squash (the train tag needs a merge tip).
