- HIGH: fix parents[2] → parents[3] in test_coordinator.py (file is 4 levels deep, project root is parents[3]) - MEDIUM: fix parser.py ValueError not checking failure count - MEDIUM: add path traversal guard for target parameter - LOW: add *.har to .gitignore (may contain credentials)
